Dance classes?

| Anyone have suggestions for someplace that does fun dance classes for Kindergarteners and older, NOT ballet? My daughter loves music and dance but is definitely not into ballet--we're looking for something really fun and different like Irish dancing. Thanks! |

Culkin School of Irish dance has classes in both DC and MD.

Check if Joy of Motion is still in Bethesda and Friendship? They would have tap and jazz. Dance Collective in Tenley has all kids of hip-hop.
I second Culkin for Irish Dance. We're very happy at the Trinity location in Bethesda. |

If you live in VA, Saffron Dance has an Oriental belly dancing class for kids called Habibis. www.saffrondance.com
