My niece (technically DH's). Have already asked her mother, with no response.
This feels like a tough age to please with presents, so I'm looking to you parents of 12-14 y-o's! I'd rather not do a gift card, if possible. Last year we got her a bento box and cool food "cookie" cutters and recipe book, which she liked (she is somewhat into cooking). She is a musician and dances, although is not all that into dance. But really, anything that's cool for a 13-y-o and about $30 or less would work! |
| What about a necklace with a first initial charm on it? I've seen those at Macy's and my 13 ye old cousin loves it. Behind that, an iTunes gift card? |
| My DD is 13. She and all her friends are into necklaces with their astrological signs on them. They are also very into skincare and anything from Lush (bath bombs are the bomb). EOS lip balms. |
| A fun scarf from the gap or crew... |
| I meant jcrew |
Thank you! Probably getting some bath bombs + an initial necklace.

| Electronics. iPhones, iPads, etc. |
|
Vera Bradley wristlet or purse
Gift card to LUSH, papaya, AE, Aeropostale or forever 21 |
My DD hasn't seen Vera Bradley, but she would HATE it and assume it's for old ladies or babies. |
| Agree about lush. A vineyard vines baseball cap is $28 and DD 13 loves hers. |
That's a shame |

My 13 year old likes mini-speakers for her phone. Also those funny earbuds with animals (they have lots at the Child's play). Also good quality board games (like Carcassone), anything at all with Dr. Who on it, interesting t-shirts, a new watch.
In her MS, girls are split on Vera Bradley/Vineyard Vines clothes. Her friends would not be caught dead in them, but other girls love them, it all depends. |
Lol, no it's not. |
| Ivory Ella t-shirt; Lokai bracelet; cool earrings from Lulu; Bath & Bodyworks products; Vera Bradley beach towel for summer; monogrammed cosmetic bag (can order cute ones from PB Teen). |
It's all the rage with the teens now anyway. |
