"My morning routine"

Does anyone else's DD watch these Youtube videos all the time? LOL

My DD is so addicted. She wants to use the same products that they use... she asked me to buy her Neutrogena grapefruit face wash because one of her favorite Youtube gurus uses it.

DD13 got really into Pinterest over the summer and I now use face scrub and lip scrubs that she's made from recipes online.

I'm going to turn her onto these morning routine things though. She's terrible about getting up in the mornings. Maybe if she had a routine to look forward to, she'd do it.

My DD also loves watching Youtube but I usually don't fulfil all her wishes of buying stuff her role-models use. Neutrogena grapefruit is a good demand though. I would prefer buying only those products I feel would be beneficial for my DD and not everything.

Yes, and she made her own and pissed off cause she only has like 100 views. Most of them is her friends

Yes, but it annoys me because she sees all these products that she simply doesn't need. I keep stressing to her that less is more at this age - Dove soap and water, light moisturizing cream. If she winds up getting acne, we'll treat it then, but I don't like the idea of buying acne treating products for my daughter who still has "little girl" skin. They just throw everything out of whack unless there's something to actually treat. But she won't hear of it.

Haha that's funny. Tell her to give it time and she'll get more views. My son makes videos too and gets very excited for new subscribers. He doesn't do morning routine, but he copies what his favorite YouTubers do, like video games etc
