Prenatal Fitness classes in DC

| Do you have any recommendation for prenatal fitness classes in DC, beyond yoga. Are you aware of any gyms in the area that offer such classes? I checked LA Sports Club but did not see anything in their list. |

| I signed up to have a swim trainer, Larry, at WSC columbia heights. I get a good workout and it feels great to be in the water. |

| PP -- Were you able to sign up for just the swim training without a full WSC memberships? I live in Columbia Heights and want to join WSC eventually, but don't think I'll use it enough while pregnant. I would love to be able to swim this summer, though. |
