OP, I AM HEART BROKEN. I FOUND OUT THAT SHE IS NOT ONLY MARRIED BUT SHE ALSO HAD A KID. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT MY OTHER LADY FRIEND IS MESSING WITH ME?
I don't see a ring or a gold necklace and she doesn't look married..Kid is probably out of question. I am sure my friend is messing around with me.
Please advise...Again, this is stupid question. Can Indian people who are married and have kid look slim and young? Please do not think that I am racist or something. I am just trying to understand this to find out if she is really married and has a kid

If you truly don't believe her, then try asking the interested woman vague small talk like questions. "Any exciting plans this weekend?" "Are you traveling for Thanksgiving", to see if she answers with any information - "Yes - I am taking my child to a birthday party" or "we are going to go see my inlaws, etc."

But again - I don't understand why your friend would lie about something like that.

Now "lady friend" makes it sound like you are in your 60's and using a euphemism to refer to someone you are discreetly having sex with.
