Wishing a blessed Ramadan to all Muslims who will be fasting this year.May you feel the blessings of this month and share it with your family and friends.

" O you who believe! fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may learn self-restraint". Qu'ran 2:183

What's it like being Muslim? Well, it's hard to find a decent halal pizza place and occasionally there is a hashtag calling for your genocide...

The same from a non-Muslim. May your quest for peace, love, and enlightenment move forward, and may your prayers help the rest of us toward those goals.

A blessed ramadan to all muslims, from this non-muslim.

Sallam and shalom.

As an atheist, I practice intermittent fasting as a diet. It has many health benefits, as well as building strong self control.

I wish everyone good health.

Umm, you only fast from dawn to dusk. You can eat after the sun sets, or before it rises.

You really expect people to go an entire month without any food or water??

In Ramadan, you abstain from food/water/smoking/vices from sun up to sun down. Although in the summer, the days are extremely long (and hot, and hard). But when it's dark out, you can go to down on whatever you want.

LOL, you really thought people don't eat/drink AT ALL for 30 days? They'd all die!

I thought it'd be okay to drink water, and maybe some cracker/bread type of simple foods to keep you from fainting out. Well, I support fasting, that is all.

Is also okay to "go down" during this 30 days?
