I can usually keep it a week, but have had some heads that last two weeks. It starts to wilt or get slimy at some point. It helps if you leave the heads intact, individual florets seem to spoil faster. |
It will last longer if you include a paper towel sheet or two in the bag. Also, you can freeze, thaw and still sautee or roast or boil |
