| CREATE Arts Center in downtown Silver Spring offers a “Winter Art Camp” during the school break that allows enrollment on a per-day basis for flexibility during the hectic holiday season. Ages 6-14. 9am-3pm with before & after care available. My 5th grader LOVES the camps at CREATE because every day is a different type of art to explore (collage, cartooning, clay, etc.) and they focus on the joy of process instead of perfect results. http://www.createartscenter.org/art-camp/winter-break-camps/ -- Laura K, Takoma Park |
