Yes, I'm sure that is what most people would prefer.

However, for those who are not able to do so, can you recommend some camps?

CREATE Arts Center in downtown Silver Spring offers a “Winter Art Camp” during the school break that allows enrollment on a per-day basis for flexibility during the hectic holiday season. Ages 6-14. 9am-3pm with before & after care available. My 5th grader LOVES the camps at CREATE because every day is a different type of art to explore (collage, cartooning, clay, etc.) and they focus on the joy of process instead of perfect results. http://www.createartscenter.org/art-camp/winter-break-camps/ -- Laura K, Takoma Park

Any Art or Spanish winter camps for 5 year olds? Most I've looked into are for 6 and up.

Create Arts Center sometimes takes 5 year olds if they are in kindergarten. You might call and see.

Anyone took Adventure Theatre winter break/school-day-out camp? Is it engaging or so-so?
I know that Imagination Stage has rave reviews but it's twice as expensive as Adventure Theatre.
