Free or low cost programs for kids to help working single moms

Hello I am looking for programs in DC that are geared toward school days off when I have to work like holidays or days when school is just out for them. Fun learning programs or trustworthy people who are inexpensive or free in good neighborhoods. Thanks.

Hi Thank you for the info she's four and the program starts at 6 years old. Do you know of any more for a toddler?

I would try to do a 4 parent coop. You can each do one holiday and only have to take 1 day off. It gets easier when they get older. Sorry.

Does your school's aftercare program offer care?

It may not be low cost - but it may at least be an option.
