I am looking for a birthday party venue for a 5 year old boy. He is very into all things related to space exploration. Has anyone been to/held a party that would fit his interest in space?
I don't want to have a party at our house. |
I'm not 100% sure what they have going on, but you could try the Planetarium or Air & Space Museum. |
I don't think you can hold parties at Air and Space or Goddard. Do you mean Rock Creek planetarium? Doesn't look like they do birthdays either. Are there other planetariums? |
The Science Center in Baltimore has a planetarium. |
The Baltimore Children's Science Museum is great ://www.mdsci.org/facility_rental/Birthdays.html. If this is too far you can look into renting a Starlab planetarium. Its pretty cool and our preschool brought one in for the kids once. No idea if the pricing is reasonable for b-day parties or not, try googling starlab kids or children. |
Washington Lee Highschool in Arlington has a planetarium. I went there for field trips when I was a kid. |
