Best Exfoliator & Moisturizer?

| Are there any that prove to be phenomenal exfoliators & moisturizers for both body and face? What's your favorite? |

If you have skin that isn't sensitive in the least, you could probably get away with using one for both body and face, but for me, the level of "good scrubbing" on my leather legs is a bit different than my uber-ridiculously sensitive cheeks.
Faves for each: Scrub for face: Remede Sweep. Stuff is a pore miracle worker. You can get it at Bliss, Blue Mercury, etc. Scrub for the rest: Good ol' Apres Apricot Facial Scrub. Sandpaper for your thighs. Moisturizer for your face: I've bought more LaMer than you can shake a stick at, but I swear, Aveeno Positively Radiant with SPF 15 is the best out there if you're under 45. Moisturizer for your body: 1/2 Lubriderm combined with 1/2 Laura Mercier Creme Brulee (helps justify the expense!). |

| I don't know how it compares to other products, but Trader Joe's has a Tangerine Sugar Scrub that I like--smells sooo good and cheaper than the departments store versions. The sugar exfoliates and the oil moisturizes. They have a lotion and body wash in the same line. Just be careful because the oil makes the shower slippery. |
