Flying to Vegas, concerned about Ebola

Anonymous
We are leaving on Friday for a vacation to Las Vegas. I am getting worried about an airborne spread of the virus through the plane due to its rapidly spreading nature. I have heard that turning on the air vents and aiming them at your face can push cold viruses away. I assume this would not work for Ebola.

You have nothing to worry about.

Ha ha! We were just at Ikea and I wondered about ebola in the ball pit. Then someone lifted their hat and scratched their head with one finger and I thought, great, lice.

Wear a scarf and you'll be fine.

Oh wow!

What's it like being Muslim? Well, it's hard to find a decent halal pizza place and occasionally there is a hashtag calling for your genocide...

We're flying to Vegas on Saturday. Thank goodness I won't have to share an airplane with OP.

OP, Ebola is not an airborne virus. It is transmitted only through direct contact with the bodily fluids of an infected person, when they actively have symptoms. Unless you are planning on handling the vomit or diarrhea of an infected person on the plane, you are probably safe.

Please do some research on the actual disease. Suggesting that you're susceptible to Ebola by riding in an airplane is about as ridiculous as saying that people catch a cold because they go outside too soon after taking a shower.

I would drive.

This is a joke right? Before you get all worked up, maybe do a little reading first. Ebola isn't airborne

Yes it is a joke, people.

OK, but what about in the casino?
