Has Indique Heights gone downhill?

It has been our go-to for really good indian food, but the most recent trip was really disappointing. Did we catch it on an off night or has anyone else noticed this?

I never thought it was all that good.

You might try Masala Art at Tenley.

Rasika is amazing,but expensive.

Rasika is amazing but hard to get reservations at. We like Cafe of India better than Masala Art but your mileage might vary.

That space was never the same after Tila's left!

I like both Cafe of India and Masala Art.

This would have been a perfect day for a margarita on the terrace there. Sigh.

We've tried masala art and cafe of india and neither could compete with indique heights... Until now. Rasika of course, but we live in Upper NW so that is for special occasions. We used to like Heritage India in Glover Park too but that's gone.

Indian here, I thought Masala Art was terrible. I always recommend Indique Heights, so I'm sad to hear it's gone downhill. I haven't been there in a long time.

I've never liked Indique Heights either. Indique yes, Indique Heights, no. Try Kadhai Palace a quick drive north on Wisconsin and down to Norfolk Street. Might take you 10 minutes except for during rush hour.
