Just called, and that's what I was told. That is just depressing! I was hoping maybe 10 at least!

That is a possibility. In any event, I am out of luck given my 90++ WL number.

Me too! My # for the English program is better, but it's still one of the last #s, and there are half as many English-only seats as there are dual language. What a bummer. I loved the school and thought a bunch of people would turn it down when they saw the facilities.

Is this possibly a sign that the matching feature of the common lottery algorithm did actually work? Maybe better matches were made all around so the lists are moving less (as opposed to it just meaning that MR is that much more popular, which is probably part of it, but probably there's more to the story than just greater demand).

Yeah, maybe. Still really stinks for those of us in the bottom 10% or whatever that got completely shut out!
