I'm looking for a good small business lawyer, competent, easygoing and reasonable fee structure to help me set up my business. I am going to be opening a retail store (non-food/booze) on the 1400 block of H Street NE in the District.

Here's what I'd need now:

1.) Set up appropriate legal and tax structure for a single owner enterprise
2.) Review the lease
3.) Assist (or refer me to) business licensing and resellers certificate.

It would help if they are able to work (are barred in) several local states.

On a second note, I'm looking ofr investors, but have struck out so far to the restaurant/foodie/cocktail craze that's hit the DC Metro in the past few years. Any suggestions. Just trying to reduce my loan obligations...
