This looks terrible. Is this actually in your house?

Yes, in our kids playroom. It's very practical and kids like it. Doesn't make any difference to me if you think it looks terrible or not. There are probably things in your house that I think look terrible, but who cares about what I think about your stuff?

What every works for you! I love Pinterest. but if I made that crib desk thing it would tweak it a bit... I'd have to take off the sides of the crib, so it looks less like a crib. But that is an activity that will have to wait till we shut down the baby factory

Picture poster here... I pulled the picture from a google search.

You are correct. I am sorry. My post sounded (and is!) terrible and insensitive. It is good to recycle!

NP here. I get you. When people described this to me, I expected it to look like a desk. Instead it just looks like a crib without a mattress. Functional and I get why people are into it, but I was way disappointed.

This post wins post of the year. I have never seen someone on DCUM admit they were being insensitive. You win dinner at Ruth's Chris on NYE.

i follow our sitter on pinterest and I also follow her blog that she just started to link her pins to. She does the most best DIYs.

(Embarrassing because she will say "oh i did this DIY project last night" and I will act like ive never seen it, when I get emails from her blog every time she posts. Ha!)

Again, the blue Dawn and vinegar in the tub.

Also blue Dawn and hydrogen peroxide as a stain remover. It even gets out set in stains.

Hard boiling eggs in a muffin tin in the oven rather than on top of the stove.

So many amazing recipes as well.

No no! I just saw another post TODAY where someone apologized, and I thought "wow! this is new!"

What... is... happening???

Baking soda and colored vinegar 'art' for my kids. They are not the type to sit and do crafts, but will spend hours playing with this.

I really think the crib desk is adorable and sentimental. I would just take the wheels off!

Egg fanatic here. How does making them in the oven make it easier?!

I've been pinning tons of lunch "bento box"'ideas. Extremely helpful for me, a non- home cook, now that I have to pack,a lunch for my child every day.
