Have to replace electric range - flat top or range?

We're selling our condo and have to get a new electric range. If you were buying, would you prefer a flat top or a range? I hate flat tops myself, but I'm not sure which might be more appealing to buyers.

| My first choice as a buyer would be a gas range, but if only electric then I'd like a nice ceramic flat top stove. |

| Flat Top. Range is hard to clean, hate the coils. I would not bother replacing with a basic range as someone will probably get it replaced. |

| We have a new electric flat top. The newer ones are a vast improvement over the older ones. They heat the pan up much quicker and the tops are fairly easy to keep clean, |
