Good book on baby caring?

Ladies
any advice on a good book for baby caring birth-to-1 year?? I guess in the first few month what I need is to know how to bath, what tempreture, how to interprete baby's cries, anything related ot baby life especially from the very begining to a few months.

I'd definitely recommend Baby 411. It was very easy to find the sections you need quickly (ie. fevers).

I think the Am. Acad. of Pediatrics from Birth to Age 5 is a great resource.

My friend recommended "The Happiest Baby on the Block" and thinks it really helped with her daughter.

I also love the Sear's baby book. We call it the Baby Bible in our house.
