I would like to buy this dress, but probably need it in a 12 or 14. A 16 could possibly work, but reviews say it runs big so I am not sure.

OP here. I just ordered it through their online Live Chat. They had a smaller size in stock but it wasn't showing on the website.
If you were able to find it elsewhere, though, I'd love to hear how you did it as I run into this problem frequently. |

It fits really well. I will need to have it tailored a bit -- my bra shows if I don't pin it, and I may also have it hemmed slightly, but otherwise it's a great dress. I wore it on Friday and got tons of compliments. |
