For half a century, Merritt Academy in Fairfax, Virginia has provided a stimulating and character-driven eductational program, where children (infants through elementary school) are encouraged by dedicated, supportive and motivating faculty to reach their fullest potential. At Merritt Academy, teachers utilize the latest tools of techonology to instruct our accellerated curriculum, share our unique Design and Technology initiative integrating principles of STEM (science, technology. engineering and mathematics), and provide meaningful opportunities to develop life-long self-confidence and leadership skills. Prospective and current students (and their families) are invited to join us for our Winter Open House on Saturday, February 23 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Start in our Gym, then tour our campus where you will have the opportunity to speak with teachers and administrators about our unique approach to Character Education, visit our vibrant classrooms, and learn how the Merritt Experience can open a universe of opportunities for your child!
