All, Since I had my daughter in April, I've been receiving free baby formula in the Mail. I'm not sure if this is part of the "pregnancy" program I signed up for through my health insurance (Blue Cross PPO) or becuse I delivered at Sibley Memorial. I'd like to give it away to a family in need. Please advise where I can donate it. It's unopened and it's Similac Advance and Enfimil Lipil w/ Iron. Thanks, Stephanie |
A great place is the National home for Children and Families. Its on Greentree RD in Bethesda. They house the lgst family homeless shelter in Montg. Co and have lots of moms and babies in need. When you enter the property, bear left then stop in front of the 3rd building. This office accepts donations (clothes, toys, household items) 24/7 and works with all sorts of people in the shelter and foster care system. |
any food bank should take it if it is umopened and unexpired |
