Making summer beach reservations - do some hotels just not answer the phone in the winter?

I'm trying to make reservations for a few days at the beach in June, preferably some place with a 2 room suite or at least a kitchenette. I found a place with a decent price and nice reviews - www.atlanticcoastinn.com on Fenwick Island. However, whenever I try to call them to check availability, no one answers.
Am I missing something? Does anyone have suggestions for a better way of contacting this place? Thank you. |

| The fact that they state on their website that they only operate April-October seems to indicate that there is in fact noone there the rest of the year. |
