I don't use a recipe, but I make a ginger simple syrup and then add it to either regular or fizzy water.
Add about 1/4 cup of diced ginger to 2 cups water. Simmer for about a half hour. Strain, measure the water that's left, and add an equal amount of sugar. Boil for about 7 minutes. Cool and add water to dilute. The syrup will keep in your fridge for ages. |
