Best Early Child Development Centers

My daughter is 3 months and I'd like to get her added to the best Early Child Development Center wait list. I live in Virginia. Can someone tell me which development centers are the best in the Wash. Metro area? Thanks for your help. |

| Do you mean pre-schools, day care? You need to be more specific. |

| Are you from NYC? I know they have ECDC there but Washington does not have a similar program. Anything you will find here will either be a daycare (Smithsonian) or a preschool (NCRC). Its a different set up. |
