| Cara Crowe was our doula and she was fabulous. She has a Doctor of Naturopathy and is a certified alternative medical practitioner (in addition to being DONA certified), which I also found reassuring. She is very knowledgeable, nurturing, and responsive, and was also great about working as a team with my husband and using great judgment about what to try when. Not to mention, she has four children of her own, which I think helps her have a good perspective on different births.
