Bright Horizons Fingerprints?

| DC is an infant and we were interested in Fingerprints in the GSA building. Has anyone out there had any experience with them? Pros Cons? |

| One of the parents in my kid's daycare had their infant at this place and hated it. Hightailed it out of there once a spot opened up in ours. This is obviously secondhand, so take it with a grain of salt, but they said the place was totally chaotic, kids just fell asleep on the floor. |

| Once close friend loved loved loved it - with a girl who is now in kindergarten and a preschooler who is still there. An acquaintance also said great things. They never called me back to set up a tour, and are inconvenietly located for me, so I have no experience |
