Having a lot of lower back pain and hear that a support belt can be very helpful. My midwife gave me a handout suggesting a specific brand and different potential belts, which I have somehow lost. I don't see her for a couple more weeks and would love any recommendation on this from you all. Thanks for any help you can provide! |
I'm using the Prenatal Cradle, not for back pain, but just because my third-trimester belly feels heavy and unsupported. I bought it online for about $70 but it can also be purchased at Great Beginnings. Good luck! |
I've been happy with the Loving Comfort support belt, not so much for back pain but just for general support. It has a lot of coverage in the back though, so it may be helpful for back pain (note that the strap that goes over the belly is attached by Velcro so you don't have to use it):

i would only use the belt as a last resort honestly. it can really pull your pelvis out of alignment and interfere with baby's positioning. My chiropractor recommended that if I used one, use it only for walking, not for sitting around. Instead, sit on an exercise ball as often as possible, and do pelvic rocks/tilts a couple of times a day. I had awful sciatic pain, pubic pain, and ligament pain, and this pretty much fixed it |
