Any suggestions for summer camps for a four year old in Fairfax county? Thanks.
Are you looking for full day or half day? If only half day, my son loved the Little Ducklings camp at Riverbend Park. It's a nature camp and he still talks about it (and it was 2 years ago!).
RecPac has tons. Also place like The Little Gym. If you are close, the JCCNV has a preschool camp.
Pinecrest School has a preschool camp for 4 year olds - Annandale area in Fairfax County. I am sending my son for a week but I know they don't have too many spots and its half day.

RecPac is a program for rising first graders through 6th grade.
I think the poster was thinking of Fairfax County Parktakes. They are all 1/2 day programs (or less) for 4 yr. olds. We've done kiddie camp before and will do it again. It was well done at the rec center we went to. With the rec center programs it tends to be hit and miss depending on who you have for a teacher. They have a half day dinosaur camp, art camp (abrakadoodle), etc. They are more expensive than they used to be... but, I guess they know people are looking for outlets. |

Take a look at The Homeroom Annex, located in the Luncolnia/Landmark area.

Congressional Camp in Falls Church starts at age three. The 4 year old program includes daily swimming, pony rides and many other activities. www.congocamp.org for more info
Check out the Parktakes online or the catalog, it's Ffx county's park and rec offerings. There are more choices than you know what to do with!
