Winter Break "Camps"

Looking for programming for the 2 weeks of DCPS Winter Break for a 5 yo boy. I know of the DC JCC and Silver Stars Gymastics. Other ideas appreciated.

Glen Echo has some stuff, although they might start with 6 YO (I got a flier in the mail this week).

I'm also looking for options, preferably ones that have single-day options, as we are traveling in the middle part of the break.

Besides the ones that you have listed, a lot of the winter camps start for kids a bit older. We have a number of Winter Camps, but many start at least at age six. Keep checking back with us - http://www.flyburst.com - we will be adding new listings daily and may have something for you. Registration is free and you can list your preferences and we will send you an email notice when a listing fits your needs.
Just search under "Camp" on the search bar.

PS We are are new DC-area service that's a sort of Craig's List for youth sports and activities.

Call CREATE Arts Center in downtown Silver Spring. The official age cut off is 6 and up, but sometimes they will take 5 year olds. They have 2 one-week camps -- Dec 20-24 and 27-31. Partial weeks are sometimes available, too. www.createartscenter.org

OK, but I looked at your website and this is not a camp. An hour a week does nothing - this is a thread about people looking for an activity that can cover most school hours when schools are out. Too bas; I was excited by the possibility. You should be posting elsewhere.

We apologize for any misunderstanding. We have already planned to host Spring Break Camps, and would be willing to host a Winter Break Camp, as well, based on demand. In fact, any of our ten week classes can be modified to accomodate a week long class. Please feel free to give us a call at 703-232-1669, and we'd be happy to discuss options. Best wishes!
