Questbridge

Am I the only one who tears up a little each time I see a video of a kid opening their Questbridge acceptance?

I just love seeing the excitement in their faces and in those of their family members and friends. I wish them the best of luck.

We are a URM family, and my kid got a letter a few months ago to apply, but our income is too high to qualify. Our kids’ high school is high FARMS and URM. I guess that is why we got the letter. We are lucky to be able to afford to pay tuition for our kids. I wish more kids had these opportunities.

Questbridge is just income and first gen to qualify, right? No race component? Yes, I love the videos too!

I feel bad for the kids who need it, apply, and don’t get it. Really sucks for them.

I guess there’s away winners and losers in life.

They still have a shot with regular admissions and financial aid.
