Mossad in Iran

I am reading that Mossad smuggled weapons into Iran before the strikes took place.
I am not an expert, but some of you might be: how on earth was Mossad able to do this? Do they have operatives inside Iran?

They have operatives everywhere in the world and their hands are working behind the scenes of in all sorts of nefarious things whether it's enabling genocidal regimes, creating false flag operations, or assassinating foreign civilians amongst other actions. Just like the CIA.

$$. You want to know how weapons got in to Gaza and Hamas. Israelis sold Hamas black market weapons. There is a huge trade of black market weapons and drugs across all of Israel’s borders.
