I can not find much info about Revolution Semi Pro teams. What is a Semi Pro team; UPSL? better than MLS team?

MLS is division 1 and UPSL is division 4. UPSL is an amateur league. If the players get paid anything, it's very minimal.

Is that the Euro model they’re bragging about? Seems more like the paycheck American model to be frank
