Where to get great cherry pie?

| I'd like to give one to a friend as thanks for something. Anyone know a place in the area (preferably NW DC/Bethesda/Silver Spring/Arlington) that makes a great cherry pie? |

| Trader Joes crumb top cherry pie is delicious, though not that fancy. With a scoop of good vanilla ice cream, heaven on a plate! |

My stepmom, who makes the most fabulous cherry pie from scratch (I'm talking from a bag of cherries and a bag of flour), said that Whole Foods' cherry pie was the best bought pie she'd ever had.
(BTW, I'm talking about their real pie, not the vegan imitation pie.) |
