My husband (mid-30s) occasionally has some discomfort behind the scrotum area, and also notices some "leaking" after urinating. If someone could please recommend a specialist they have seen, that would be really great. |
Washington Urology, Dr Mordkin or Joel, located in Arlington. Awesome physicians! |
Dr Constantinople and his group at Foxhall Square are the best |
Thanks PPs ... |
Paul Shin and his group are also very good -- accept BCBS and are downtown by GW hospital. |
Does anyone have similar excellent recommendations for doctors in Montgomery County? Thanks |
Dr. John Losee is great. He's got offices in DC and Chevy Chase/Bethesda area:
2021 K Street North West Suite 408 Washington, DC, 20006 Phone Number: (202) 223-1024 |
Thanks 00:46, that's very helpful -- OP |
I have gone to Dr. Barlow Lynch, who has offices at Washington Hospital Center and way the heck out in Greenbelt. I recommend AGAINST going to him. He regularly takes 45-60 minutes to see patients, his waiting room is full, and the fact that he works out of multiple offices means it's very hard to see him on your own schedule. Go somewhere else. |
Hello everyone, OP here. My husband has not yet been seen (time moved quickly, other distractions came in the way), so I'd like to check in here again, given it's been more than 2 years.
If there are any additional recommendations, ideally with physicians in Montgomery County, we'd be grateful. Thanks in advance. |
Barry Aron in Rockville.

OP here. Thanks PP, I actually saw the name of Dr. Barry Aron in a urology practice that I came across online called Urological Consultants. This group has quite a few physicians listed:
http://www.uroconsultants.com/physicians.html If by chance others have recommendations and/or experience with any doctors at this group, please share. |
Hi everyone, OP again. I'd like to bump this, for any chance new readers may see this thread. Thanks for any other feedback. |
I work in medicine and I can tell you Dr Mordkin is fabulous - amazing surgeon and also a caring, funny guy. |
OP here. Thanks PP, I'll look him up. But I am hoping we can stick to doctors in Montgomery County, given this is much more convenient for us. Thanks if others have additional suggestions. |
