What are the color levels for McLean Youth Soccer?

I couldn’t find it anywhere n their website or parent handbook.

Also, is CCL considered more competitive than NCSL? - Thank you.

Once ECNL kicks in, its Union, Green, White, Gold, Silver

CCL was more competitive than NCSL, however a lot of teams have been leaving for ECNL-RL instead.

It's changed a lot in recent years. CCL is hanging on by a thread with many low-caliber teams.
