I’m co hosting a baby shower in DC for a friend who is very Covid cautious. We would love to find a heated outdoor space (likely a restaurant) that we could use for approximately 15-20 people that isn’t outrageously expensive.

I think the best outdoor space is Circa at Foggy Bottom. A lot of groups have receptions in their outdoor space.I like the food. If that doesn't work- Tonic at Foggy Bottom. The food isn't as good, but the outdoor space works for a group.

We have only eaten outside since March 2020, so I have scoped out most possibilities OP. If you google " outdoor restaurant spaces in DC, I remember finding a good article the Washingtonian did. I found a few others such as Hank's OysterBar at the Wharf, Fiola Mare (notsure how many they can handle outdoors, andSequoia when they put tent up.

^^ Meant to add there were other articles into Washingtonian one about outdoor restaurant spaces in the DMV listing yurts, tents, igloos, etc.
