| Just got back from out west and Kanab, Utah was surprisingly kind of dismal. You could see how it would have potential but it’s really not maximized. |

I don’t even think WV is beautiful. It just has bad vibes. North Carolina is another start where there’s nothing objectively wrong with it, I just don’t like the “feel” of it. |
