Fairfax BRAVE to be ECNL ... and not ECNL-RL?

I thought the BRYC and Vienna would have teams in ECRL. BRAVE is only the top team.

BRAVE is "Braddock Road and Vienna ECNL". Yes they have boys and girls teams.
