Yoga or Pilates in Bowie, MD

| I'm looking for a yoga or pilates class in Eastern Prince Georges County, MD (Bowie, Crofton, Gambirlls, etc) or Anne Arundel County (Annapolis). |

| I don't know about any of the studios, but I take classes through GOld's Gym that are excellent (and cheap with member ship). I really like the body flow class at the Bowie location - a faster yoga with a pilates track. There are golds in both bowie and crofton and you can use both. |

| If you are willing to go to Annapolis, then check out Ridgely Retreat, top notch studio, close to the stadium. |
