My story is I had done a long period of no to low sugar. I lost 15 lbs. I’m at a plateau. But you can’t call it that.. if you’re not working on it!!! So I am here to take part and be inspired by you all. I am now committed from Saturday night.

I’ve been free and loose since July or August. My lowest weight (in 6 years) around July 1. And then I gained a few back and I’m hanging out there. So not tooo bad.
But, I want to keep the progress growing and not be so loose with my choices. Soda, ice cream, cookies aren’t objectively helping me. It feels nice for a few minutes, but they’re leading me down a route towards genetic diabetes, retaining a higher bmi, and fewer natural vitamins and healthy food.
