What are the strongest 10U travel baseball teams in the NW DC/Bethesda area? Looking for strong coaching, skill development, and good competition.

I understood their levels to be blue, red, white, and silver in that order, but we had one child offered "gold" and another offered "diamond" and I have no idea what those mean. Does anyone know?
