Any recommendations for a pediatrician in North Arlington? Thanks!
We have a preschooler and live to DC. I work in DC and DH works in Tysons. We're looking to move out of the district before our child reaches kindergarten age. We're considering Arlington or Vienna/McLean areas. Any options, pros & cons would be appreciated. Thanks!
I suggest the hotel route - it's nice to be able to get a glass of wine & a snack from room service after your toddler goes to sleep (even if you have to enjoy it in the dark)!
We need to get our will revised/updated. Any recommendations for a good attorney. We live in Columbia Heights, but anywhere in DC is fine.

Thanks!
Has anyone flown out of IAD recently? How bad are the security lines? Thanks!
There are slots available at our son's day care, Albina's Home Day Care. It's near Park Road and 18th Street in Mt Pleasant. Alba runs the day care with one helper and they can have up to 4 toddlers and 2 infants. She is licensed by OSSE and serves lunch to the kids that are 1 year and older. (Parents need to provide milk, formula, meals, & snacks for the infants, as appropriate.) Our son has been there since he was 3 months old and he's now a thriving 2 year old. He's very happy at the day care. It's bilingual and they go to the park, take walks, visit the library, do arts & crafts, read, and more.

Alba currently has 3 openings - 2 for toddlers and 1 for an infant. You can call Alba directly for information: 202-560-0579. Or if you have any questions for a current parent, feel free to reach out to me: mail2jessica AT gmail.com.
I'm trying to find someone to install a large wall decal (about 8' x 6'). Anyone have a recommendations? Email me at jabrightman AT dons.usfca.edu.

Thanks! Jessica
Thank you for the suggestions. I'm really interested in David's Star. I left a message and am waiting to hear back. Do they have a website or email address?
Thanks!
Hi! We live in Columbia Heights and are looking for a new day care for our son. If you know of a center with an opening for a 10 month old, please post in the comments. Thanks!
