wow! 5 sizes! Time to shop!
Way too much. It's a good thing I don't have a b-berry.
Betty White rocks.
Rewrap whatever you gave him for Christmas, and give that to him next month. Or better yet, don't even wrap it, just take a picture of it, email it to him and tell his gift is on the computer.

I'm sorry OP. Hope the rest of your day goes better. Happy Mother's Day.
Family bbq for all the moms in my village of a family and then Zumba. Hopefully I will get a massage too.
I want swimming and martial arts for DCs, because they teach skills that can potentially save their lives one day. But I will encourage whatever sport or physical activity they are interested in. I am the unsportiest mom ever, and am surprised how into the game I've become since DC joined soccer.

I am also glad they enjoy yoga, which helps them with whatever other sport they choose.
chill
I didn't receive a TY card for a bday party I went to 2 weeks ago. But I would've never even remembered not getting one unless I read this post. If I get a card, I'm pleasantly surprised. But if not, I will forget all about it. My mind is too jammed with a million other thoughts than to be wondering where my TY card is weeks after the event.
OP, what does your Dr. say about exercise? I was also on bedrest, and even walking put me in jeopardy. So I would be concerned also. But if your Dr. okays a low impact exercise, then it's probably beneficial to stay moderately active.

I have a few preggers in my classes. They don't jump, they modify/replace anything too fast or bouncy and they take water breaks every couple of songs. One girl left for her last trimester, but I know many women who teach Zumba while pregnant all the way to the end (I don't know if I could do that though!). If you miss your Zumba, just take it down a notch. But at the same time, listen to your body. If it's too much, you can just walk to Zumba music : ) There's also Zumba Gold (slower) and Aqua Zumba.
I gained 60 the first time and lost most of it. Gained 50 the second time and lost it again, plus the extra weight from the first time.

Eating smarter and LOTS of regular exercise worked for me. No more fast food, no more refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, etc., and no more eating until I'm full. I gradually transformed my diet without ever starving myself. I am a pastaholic, and always will be, so I've replaced the fatty sauces with low cal ones, enriched pasta to whole wheat. And I drink a crazy amount of water.
Years ago, I had to move my family into short term housing because my lease ended before my BIG move. And this was in the middle of the school year. I found a nice furnished apartment to rent for 4 months that had a pool and tennis courts. I put everything in storage and we just pretended we were on a long vacation before made our big final move.

I think moving would be less stressful than living in a house of tension for several months. Change is tough, but part of life. The most important thing is to stick together and be there for each other when life gets hard. Even if you are not in an ideal situation right now, at least you know you can change it for the better in the near future.

Yes, I buy the pasta and the organic chicken stock/broth but its very easy to make, freezes well and doesn't taste that off from the ones in the cans they were used to eating. I was surprised at how much salt is in the canned soup and the low sodium ones taste bland.

DH likes to make this, too. I like to add pepper and green onions.

We also make our own french fries, sweet potato fries, potato chips. Super easy. Just cut, season and bake. Lately I've been making my own honey mustard dressing out of mustard seeds, vinegar, honey, cinnamon and brown sugar. yummy.
I have no more faith in the dairy industry. I switched to almond milk.
I mean every muscle.

Thank you for starting this thread...it has encouraged me to open the shred DVD and actually do it tomorrow!

Don't forget to stretch your calves before, and especially after.

agree with that. But don't stop at the calves—stretch everything muscle you use in the workout.
