I need to replenish my work tops but don't have a lot of time to shop, and online is better for me schedule-wise. Where have you found good tops lately? |
Budget? Your size? |
I'm 5'8" and a small or medium. For budget, I usually look for clothes on sale and prefer to be in the $40-75 range per top. |
I would nix the satin pleated and the ruffle sleeves. Rest are ok. |
Thanks, I think I agree. Also, those are pretty boring. Would you wear these to work? (fed office)

^ I wouldn’t wear the two anthro examples. Especially not the first one. Looks like a casual summer day |
You can find great sales on designer tops at Nordstrom Rack, and often those same tops are on sale on the designer sites too.
I recently bought some $300+ designer blouses for sale in your price range. I like some of the boxy styles form Vince, the professional looking styles from Theory and fun styles from Joie. |
Thank you! I hear you on the Anthro ones.
Here are some Ann Taylor options. Are there any you would nix? https://www.anntaylor.com/flutter-sleeve-tee/567618?skuId=31915786&defaultColor=5662&prodId=567618&selectedColor=5662 (this is my ideal sleeve) https://www.anntaylor.com/shirred-button-back-top/566946?skuId=31886390&defaultColor=4508&prodId=566946&selectedColor=4508 (this color really works for me, but high neck not my fave) https://www.anntaylor.com/floral-half-placket-top/572629?skuId=31887496&defaultColor=5662&prodId=572629&selectedColor=5662 less sure about this, but love a cheerful print https://www.anntaylor.com/puff-sleeve-v-neck-tee/572384?skuId=31937320&defaultColor=9192&prodId=572384&selectedColor=9192 too simple? |
