Cost for 1 Ton AC and coils

You want to replace them both at the same time. Make sure they do a load calculation. |

| $1.5 ton is the minimum for outside condenser and you can get a cheaper installation for $2200-2500. Shop around OP. The price of $4-6K is outrageous and a few of them would try to rip you off. |

You need to have the HVAC person do a load calculation. |

It depends on the quality off the unit. A cheaper unit is not as energy efficient and may cost more in utility bills later on. |

It's fine. It is going to be my rental so saying money upfront is more important for me than monthly bills.
