Because DCU doesn't want to pay for all three teams to go. Another reason why DCU is not good

Some more recent news. Lots of academies participate overseas, haven't ever seen DCUA there.

Agreed. But unless they actually pay someone a real salary with real credentials and actually properly fund the academy, I fear it will be more of the same.
