What’s your daily screen time average?

I have digital subscriptions to a few newspapers and do all my news reading on my phone. Sometimes I read books in my kindle app on my phone. I am also fairly active on Instagram and Facebook groups. I have Facebook messenger and another messaging app as well as text frequently. Today it says my daily screen time average is 7 hours and 4 minutes. What’s yours? I’m 39 years old and a mom.

About 3 hours and I think that is a lot.
