Does anyone else think the turning point was Scott Brown's victory in Massachusetts? Ben Nelson won't vote for reconciliation, and I won't bet on Lincoln, Bayh, or Landrieu. Fortunately they won't be needed. But Plan A would not have worked without them. I don't believe the House and Senate would have gotten together on this if they had not been forced to go to Plan B (B for Brown!!!)
