I'm meeting up with a friend from out of town for dinner in Penn Quarter. Ambiance is more important than food; I'd appreciate your suggestions for a quiet place where we can talk. We've not seen each other in a while and she has suffered a wrenching and unexpected loss in this time. Thanks.
