How do you add another child to your ParentVue account?

I already have one child enrolled and trying to add my kindergartener to my Parent Vue account? Can't get hold of someone in the home school. (I know they are off today. I meant previous attempts). Thanks!

I thought the school did this.

We adopted in 2020. DS was automatically added to our existing account for DD.

I had a similar issue last week. I had to call the community help desk for them to add an extra child: https://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/departments/helpdesk/. Call the number in the center column, "Tech Tips".
